I purchased a new Volvo XC60 Ultra on 4/17/2026. During the drive home from the dealership, I noticed the right rear passenger window haziness impairing my visibility when checking for blind spots. I notified the Volvo dealership the next day and I was asked to bring the car back for detailing. When I arrived, the sales manager brought 2 similar cars for comparison and concluded that this is how all …

I have requested an appointment with my local Volvo dealership to investigate this problem with delamination of the windshield and All side/rear windows. The vehicle is currently in pristine condition with fewer than 2000 miles when the problem was first identified. I have reported the problem to my local dealership a…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
