I have control issues due to inadequte suspension. The problem I'm (and others) having is due to the suspension on these trailers. When pulling the trailer on the roads there is exessive bouncing to the point where one could lose control. Personally I have checked my trailer wieght, vehicle weight, tounge weight, etc. and found everything to be set up correctly but I cant solve the bouncing. I also had it in to the dealer and asked them to check the trailer, they said they pulled it with their truck and felt it was normal. The issue is so…

I took the trailer into the BPS service center in Auburn Hills, MI and they performed the required maintenance / inspection. Three days later I took the trailer on vacation and the bearing overheated and caused the bearing buddy and chrome hub cap to come off. I sent a text of the defective / broken hub to the BPS service station but did not hear back. I was unable to proceed to my destination and had to take the…

My trailer was part of an axle hub bearing recall. The dealership did the work in 2022. After routine maintenance in 2023 and 2024 the hub failed in 2025 causing me to purchase a new axle. Additionally in 2025, the trailer was found to be missing nuts from the leaf spring suspension system.

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
