FRONT BRAKE CALIPER ON RIGHT SIDE BEGAN TO LOCK UP AND DRAG DURING STOP AND GO TRAFFIC. ONCE WE CLEARED THE HEAVY CONGESTIONS CALIPER KEPT DRAGGING CAUSING BRAKE PADS AND ROTOR TO OVER HEAT AND BEGIN GRABBING WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED.
