TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 THOR HURRICANE RV EQUIPPED WITH A 2000 WORKHORSE P30 CHASSIS. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE BRAKES LOCKED AND IMMEDIATELY THE VEHICLE BEGAN EXHIBITING A VIOLENT BOUNCING MOTION.
