PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRICAL SYSTEM BEGAN ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO WITH THE WIPERS TURNING ON BY THEMSELVES IN THE OFF POSITION FOLLOWED BY THE TRACTION LIGHT COMING ON AND STAYING ON FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
