My vehicle idiot lights were flashing and the car felt as if it was going to stall on the road. Dealer said it was a faulty P6. Now when driving the car the entertainment unit locked up. Radio could not be changed, volume lowered. Pedals on steering column don't work. Even when car was shut off the radio still played and would cut off. Called my dealership. The earliest my Chevy dealer can look at it is next week.

My 2020 Chevy Blazer began demonstrating possible problems with the transmission in November 2021 which have continued to date. The RPMs will rapidly increase and the car will feel as if it is jolting forward. If driving below 20 mphs, when I try to accelerate to a higher speed, the car will drag and then skip forward. I have videos showing this and have taken it to the dealership on two occasions but it couldn't be replicated and no codes show during diagnositics. The infotainment system of a brand new 2025 Blazer EV is doing blackouts, flickers, and changing commands and requests. While this may sound trivial - and if this system just did the radio - I would agree. However it controls most all the sub-systems of the car from Charging, to Display, to GPS, Environmental, etc. While at home it is just annoying and frustrating - we traveled to VA from FL this past week. Traffic was horrendous due to a closure of I95 in SC - ALL traffic was forced onto 2 lane country roads. Attempting to use the Control…

My retractable sunroof suddenly explosively broke. I was approaching a red stop light at low speed. I heard what I thought was a gunshot or vehicle backfiring. As I drove on, I heard wind whistling. I thought my passenger side window wasn’t closed. I lowered then jraised it. At that point, I heard my sunroof disintegrate. Luckily, the headliner kept the glass from raining down on me. If this had happened at highway speed, it could’ve been a real problem.

While my wife was pulling into park the car and pressing the brake, the car all of a sudden accelerated into the building. Pressing the brake failed to stop the car. No person was in the way of the car so no one other than my wife was at risk of injury. The problem has not been reproduced since the car was totaled. The car was inspected by the insurance for loss but that was it. Police and manufacturer have not inspected the car. No warnings were presented prior to the accident.

I am getting the message "Shift to Park" displayed while vehicle in park after turning the vehicle off. Looking online, it seems to be a common issue with Blazers as well as other GM vehicles. I found online that "the cause of the condition may be that the park switch in the transmission control (shifter) assembly is not pulling the BCM signal low to electronically show that the vehicle is in the Park position." If this is such a common issue on similar vehicle to mine since 2018 it appears, why is this not a Recall already?!

When putting the vehicle into park, we are receiving a “Shift to Park” error. This issue appears to be common among thousands of General Motors vehicles. However, the dealership is unable to assist us because the repair bulletin only applies to the 2019 model year and does not include the 2020 model year. Eng check light comes on with a code P0208. This a known problem with an extended service # (N242484760) but only if your vin is listed. All vehicles with this problem should be covered. This seem to be a common problem, as my co-worker is having the same issue. This should be a recall as the steering is affected.

The car is not sensing that it is in park when it is. When I place it in park and turn the car off it dings and says shift into park however it already is in park. Therefore the car will not turn off. I had to jiggle the shift or turn the car on, reverse then go forward then park to get it to register. This has taken up to 10 minutes and it’s getting worse. This is a known issue that is referenced in GM Technical Service Bulletin 19-NA-206.

There was nothing other than the warning on the screen when we went to get gas and needed to turn the car off. It hasn’t been inspected by any of for this issue. I’m just afraid one day the car may roll if it doesn’t recognize it’s in park.

The original issue was that the temperature gauge was pegged on cold and the A/C was inoperative. The vehicle’s fans would run continuously even when the engine was cold. This created a safety concern since the engine’s actual temperature could not be monitored, and loss of A/C affected drivability in hot conditions. The issue appears related to the engine’s coolant temperature sensor or thermostat system, which causes incorrect signals to the temperature gauge and HVAC system. The condition has been reported by multiple owners of the 2020 Che…

It has happened 3 to 4 times in the past three days. I took the vehicle to the Local Chevy Dealership. The Service Team/Dept. diagnosed that the Transmission Shifter Unit Assembly must be replaced. The 2019 Chevy Blazer had these issues which prompted a TSB/Recall however it wasn't extended to the 2020-year models and Chevy Dealership refused to include it as a warranted repair which just pa…

Camshaft positioning sensor failed, triggering P0024 (“timing advanced and bouncing around”). Timing chain tensioner spring failed, requiring re-timing. Camshaft carrier case gasket experienced a major oil leak at 59,000 miles. Thermostat …

I backed my vehicle out of the garage and put it in park and stepped out of the Driver's door. I was going to put my son in his car seat in the rear seat when the vehicle started moving backwards and the opened driver's door knocked us down. I was able to push my son out of the way, but the vehicle continued and the front left tire rolled over both of my legs. The vehicle continued in reverse along the driveway, struck a trash container and went up the incline at the main road. It crossed a busy two lane road and into my neighbors yard. Th…

Where do I start. Spring of 2024 I believe, less than 55,000 miles, my transmission went out. No warning. I just went out to my vehicle to go to work and when I put it into reverse, my vehicle make a awful noise, jerked forward almost going into my garage door, then wouldn't move.. I put it back in park, tried to put into reverse again and it wouldn't go. It was stuck in park. Had to get it towed to the dealership where they advised me the transmission went out. It was covered under the drivetrain warranty, but the GM warranty doesn't cover ren…
