Vehicle continues to go into limp mode causing us to be stranded on the side of the road. It is related to DEF injection system issues. It sounds like this is a known issue with the software. We purchased the vehicle in August and have been unable to use the truck since purchasing as it continues to leave us stranded. (Less than 3k is on the truck) GM has been unresponsive at best.

Neither set fixed the shaking. Paul Masse, Inc., told me that this was how the truck operates and that there was nothing that they could do about it. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
