TL-THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER LEGACY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT CAPTAIN'S SEAT BELTS FAILED TO RETRACT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,283. DJR
