Super cruise does not work. It may turn on at random for a minute or 2 and then it shuts off with zero warning and the vehicle almost comes to a complete stop. This is a huge safety concern. I took it to the dealership and they told me that this falls on GM 100% as they are being told GMs engineers are trying to find a fix but for now there is nothing they can do, I am to continue driving it knowing this is unsafe. The turn signals and Bluetooth stopped functioning for no reason which had to be fixed Battery charging module burned up at 300 m…

A little over a month after purchasing my brand new Hummer EV 2X I was driving and then I lost all power, brakes, steering, and had to coas t to a stop. My rear motor blew and snapped my trans axle. I had only 2,000 miles on the odo. This vehicle is riddled with issues that limit its ability to use safely.

This is vehicle number two. Also, please take me very seriously as I was driving the vehicle shuts off and says reduce acceleration. I drive a lot from West Bloomfield Michigan to downtown Detroit. I am having so many issues with my brand new GM vehicles please I need help. Please have somebody call me [XXX] . I love my vehicles as I am a repeat customer for years and years, but this is totally unacceptable especially that I have my kids in the car with me. Under full acceleration on flat, dry pavement, the vehicle suddenly pulls hard to the right or left without any steering input. The steering wheel does not move, but the vehicle abruptly changes direction, requiring immediate counter‑steering to avoid losing control. This happens every time under full acceleration and has been confirmed by two GMC dealers. GM Corporate states this is “normal,” but the behavior is unsafe and could cause a crash. Two GMC dealers reproduced the issue and confirmed the sudden directional pull under full accelerati…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

No selected model years have a complete observation window. Choose an eligible year or a shorter window.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.

Components reported together

Each cell counts unique complaints naming both components. Open a nonzero cell for examples.
