While driving my dashboard started to move and make a lot of noise. After I returned home I took it to have someone look at it. They informed me that the welds that hold the motorhome to the frame were all breaking and the steel was musrooming from the weight. I talked to REV which is the manufacturer and they told me they decline to participate in fixing this very serious issue. Basically the house part of the motorhome could detach from the frame causing serious injury or death to me … | 0UnavailableNo examples available for this selection. | 0UnavailableNo examples available for this selection. | 0UnavailableNo examples available for this selection. | 0UnavailableNo examples available for this selection. |

THE FRACTURES OCCUR AT THE BOLTING POINTS WHERE THE PROPANE CYLINDER ATTACHES TO THE ANGLE IRON MOUNTING BRACKETS. THERE WAS A FRACTURE IN THE ANGLE IRON AT THE FORWARD INBOARD AND REAR OUTBOARD LOCATIONS. WHEN I WAS CHANGING THE EXHAUST PIPE TALE END PIECE, I DISCOVERED A SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM. WHILE UNDER THE MOTOR HOME I LOOKED UP, AND DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT BOLT ON THE REAR LEFT LEAF SPRING WAS STICKING OUT ABOUT ONE AND HALF INCHES LOOKING AT IT FROM THE FENDER WELL, AND THEY HAD NO NUT ON THE BOLT THAT HOLES THE LEAF SPRING IN PLACE. Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| 2023 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
