Description of Incident: While driving on the highway, my 2019 Jaguar E-PACE suddenly and without warning lost power, putting myself and others at serious risk. The vehicle went into limp mode with no prior indication of any issues. Once the failure occurred, a warning message appeared on the dashboard stating “Gearbox Fault,” and the transmission temperature began to rise rapidly. This failure occurred during active highway travel, with no safe shoulder or emergency lane available due to nearby construction. I was nearly rear-ended as I atte…

My 2019 Jaguar E-PACE is showing code P26CB related to coolant pump performance. The vehicle is experiencing the same coolant/water pump failure symptoms reported in similar Jaguar vehicles, but my VIN was excluded from coverage. This issue creates risk of overheating, engine damage, and possible loss of power while driving. I believe additional affected VINs may not have been included because my vehicle is now showing the same known failure symptoms despite not being covered.

The engine coolant light is on consistently. I had to start taking pictures. I was told by a service advisor that a recall was just done on the E-Pace. Yet I have never received any documentation at all. This issue has been going on since 2020. The car cabin has filled with fumes, several times while driving. I had to start taking pictures., because AutoNation Jagur/Land Rover Southbay declined to give me documentation for all of the times I came in for a TOPOFF. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

THE FAN NOISE IS NOT PROPORTIONAL TO THE ENGINE RPM AND REMAINS CONSTANT ONCE IT STARTS. THE CAR CAN BE SHUT OFF COMPLETELY AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED AND THE FAN WILL BE RESET AND SILENT, SOMETIMES FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. THE JET-ENGINE SOUND FROM THE FAN IS NOT FIXED BY TURNING THE CAR OFF AND ON, JUST RESET TO THE NEXT DAILY OCCURRENCE. OUR 9 M…
