6 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

17V286000 · Fuel System, Diesel

Reported: 2017-04-27 (April 27, 2017) · Model years: 2017

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2017 XE vehicles equipped with a 2.0L diesel engine. The vehicles have a fuel return hose that may leak.

Consequence: A diesel fuel leak onto the road surface may cause a skid hazard, increasing the risk of a crash. If the fuel leak contacts a hot engine or exhaust component, there would be an increased risk of a fire.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel return hose, free of charge. The began May 2, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H016.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the rear rail assembly, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed May 7, 2021. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H349.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel rail, free of charge. The recall began on March 8, 2018. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H081.

I am concerned that a potentially serious engine/timing-system defect may exist in my 2019 Jaguar XE R-Sport 2.0L Ingenium gasoline engine (64,820 miles). Jaguar Service Action H299 addresses VCT solenoids on certain 2018–2020 XE models, and my VIN falls within the identified VIN range. In August 2026, my vehicle developed a VCT/camshaft-related fault. An independent Jaguar/Land Rover repair facility replaced the camshaft adjuster solenoids, but the problem persisted as indicated by the engine service light. The vehicle then began running notic…

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
