The contact called on behalf of the owner of a 2024 Kenworth W900. The contact, who is a fleet manager, stated that while one of the drivers was driving uphill, the vehicle stalled. The driver called and the contact went to the location where the vehicle was pulled over. The contact stated that there was fuel spewing from the injection pump. Upon further inspection, the contact became aware that the fuel pump barrel was fractured. The contact repaired the vehicle on-site. Driving a 2022 Kenworth w900 studio sleep. Stopped for fuel, fixed coffee, and walked my dog. Thirteen miles later the truck just started vibrating and immediately took a left turn into the center barrior. The truck hasnt even had its first oil change. SHE EXAMINED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE RADIATOR FAN FAILED. THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCES IN THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. A LOCAL MECHANIC SERVICED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 103,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
