WE PURCHASED THE 2006 SUNNYBROOK TITAN FROM BUDDY GREGG BACK ON JULY 7, 2017. THE SECOND WEEKEND OF USING THE UNIT STARTED WITH THE FAILURE OF THE IOTA ITS-50R TRANSFER SWITCH. WIRE AND INSULATION BURNED, THE TERMINAL LUGS MELTED/FUSED, AND THE PLASTIC COVER STARTED TO MELT. THE RV WAS STATIONARY. WE WERE ABLE TO GET A TECHNICIAN TO RESPOND SATURDAY AFTERNOON AFTER SALESMAN TOLD ME THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BUDDY GREGG WAS NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY. WE BOUGHT A 2006 SUNNYBROOK SUNSET CREEK FROM HUFNAGEL MAJORS IN ZELINOPLE, PA THE CAMPER SITS PERMANENT IN A CAMPGROUND IN TITUSVILLE, PA. THEY OFFERED ONE FREE SERVICE CALL UP TO THE CAMPGROUND. AFTER MANY CALLS IT WAS FINALLY AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES THAT HM WOULD COME AND GET THE CAMPER AT THE END OF THE CAMP SEASON AND FIX THE PROBLEMS OVER THE WINTER.
