WHILE TRAVELING APPX 30 MPH AND APPROACHING A TURN I APPLIED THE BRAKES FRONT AND REAR. THE FRONT BRAKE FAILED. I EXAMINED THE CABLE, MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE LINE AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS OR LEAKS. MASTER CYLINDER WAS FULL. I CONTACTED THE LOCAL SUZUKI MCY DEALER TO SEE IF THEY HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS AND WAS ADVISED THEY HAVE. THEY BELIEVE A COMPLETE BRAKE FLUID FLUSH AND WRAPPING THE BLEEDER SCREW WITH TEFLON TAPE THEN THE SYSTEM IS REFILLED. THEY FURTHER ADVISED THIS HAPPENS ON BIKES THAT ARE NOT DRIVEN DAILY AND THE BLEEDER SCREW ALLOWS AIR TO …

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 SUZUKI GSX-R750. WHILE RIDING AT 65 MPH, SMOKE APPEARED FROM THE MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT NOTICED OIL LEAKING FROM THE ENGINE ONTO THE REAR TIRE. UPON INSPECTING THE MOTORCYCLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE CONNECTING ROD PUNCHED THROUGH THE ENGINE. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE INSPECTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER TOOK PICTURES OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND FORWARDED THEM TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. A engine rod broke through the engine block, destroying the whole engine. The motorcycle only had 4k miles when this occurred. I have receipts of all the oil changes done to the vehicle. Vehicle was bought from an Arlington motorsports with 0 miles on the show floor. Mind you the vehicle has gap insurance also with warranty but warranty denied service because their accusation said that there wasn’t enough oil in the engine.
