Owner report 11452979 · 2022-02-19 (February 19, 2022)
1. Problem: main power (connect) switch doesn’t communicate It shows there is power to the coach but IT DOES NOT SHOW whether or not the main power is connected to the chassis (motor) battery. I have been stranded with a dead chassis battery because of Thor’s neglect to use a communicative power switch. Safety issue because one could be camping in an area without emergency start services because of this. 1. Thor is aware these improper power switches in the 2018 (and in other model years) are non communicative and can leave people stranded. Tho…

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
