PASSENGER SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER SLAMS DOWN UNDERNEATH THE DRIVERS SIDE WIPER CAUSING ALL WIPER ACTION TO CEASE DURING RAINSTORMS. CREATES A DEADLY ISSUE WHILE DRIVING AN 11 TON UNIT DOWN THE ROAD.. I BELIEVE THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW WITH THE SYSTEM - TOO THIN OF A MOUNTING PLATE FOR THE WIPER MOTOR ALLOWING TOO MUCH FLEX WHICH ALLOWS WIPER LINKAGE FROM MOTOR TO ARMS HANG UP ON MOTOR MOUNTING BOLTS. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE AT TWO DIFFERENT DEALERS WHICH SAY THEY FIXED IT. THEY DIDN'T.

While driving on a crowded freeway a wooden structure fell from the ceiling of my motorhome and landed on the dashboard inches from my steering wheel. If it had hit my steering wheel or my hands, I would have been involved in a multiple vehicle collision. Thank God, I was able to safely pull over to the shoulder to check for damage. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

THE RADIO (AND CAMERA SYSTEM) HAD BEEN ACTING STRANGELY AND MY CIGARETTE OUTLETS STOPPED WORKING WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I STOPPED FOR THE NIGHT AND HAD PARKED AND CONNECTED THE RV TO THE CAMPGROUND POWER. ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER PARKING AND HOOKING UP I STARTED TROUBLE SHOOTING THE LOSS OF POWER TO THE CIGARETTE LIGHTERS. I CHECKED THE FUSE AND DID NOT SEE ANY VISIBLE FAILURE OF THE FUSE BUT DECIDED TO TRY A BRAND NEW FUSE JUST IN CASE. AFTER REPLACING THE FUSE FOR THE CIGARETTE LIGHTERS, A FIRE STARTED IN THE AREA OF THE RADIO AND CIGARETTE L…
