TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE STALLED WHEN HE EASES UP ON THE THROTTLE AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT FELL OVER HIS BIKE AND INJURED HIS LEFT LEG BUT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A NO FUEL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED BUT THERE WAS FUEL IN THE TANK.
