26V187000 · Tires:Pressure Monitoring And Regulating Systems
Reported: 2026-03-25 (March 25, 2026)
Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 DBX and 2026 DBX S vehicles. The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light may not illuminate as intended, failing to warn drivers that one or more tires may be underinflated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems."
Consequence: Underinflated tires increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Aston Martin will update the TPMS software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 28, 2026. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-13-2153. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov on March 25, 2026.

Left underbody panel tore. Available for inspection. Exposed wiring, servos, cables, etc. confirmed. Replaced panel at my expense by dealer. Manufacturer notified.Neither will reimburse me. No alerts. Occurred about 3/2/25. Cause: asphalt driveway twig caught in 1-2” gap between front left wheel well liner and underbody panel made from coated cardboard. Note, labeled all terrain vehicle. Defective design: above gap and weak tearable underbody materials.
Darker cells indicate a larger share of submitted complaints. Components overlap. This measures complaint composition, not failure probability.

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
