Reported: 2015-08-05 (August 5, 2015)
DRV Suites (DRV) is recalling certain 2014-2015 Tradition, 2014-2016 Full House, 2006-2016 Elite Suites, and 2013-2016 Estates fifth wheel travel trailers. The affected vehicles have front side reflex reflectors located above the maximum height of 60". Consequence: If the reflector is located outside of the required area, it can reduce the visibility of the vehicle by other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: DRV has notified owners and will provide a new reflector to install in the correct location, free of charge. The recall began July 21, 2017. Owners may contact DRV customer service at 1-260-562-3500. DRV's number for this recall is 99.02.05.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
2016: 1 complaints · 2017: 0 complaints
| Model year | Through age 0 | Through age 1 | Through age 2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2016 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| 2017 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Date coverage across each selected cohort
| Year | Incident dates used | Filing date fallbacks | Excluded dates |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2016 | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| 2017 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
