Recall history
4 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
22V663000 · Suspension:Front:Springs:Torsion Bar
Reported: 2022-09-01 (September 1, 2022)
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, and Melbourne Prestige motorhomes. The shim on the torsion bar was incorrectly installed between the nut and the torsion bar, rather than between the ball stud and the torsion bar.
Consequence: An incorrectly assembled torsion bar may fail at the connection between the torsion bar and linkage, resulting in a loss of vehicle stability, and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the torsion bar linkage and correct the position of the shim, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 29, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is MB 22V-131.
NHTSA campaign record ↗23V081000 · Power Train:Automatic Transmission:Internal:Park Pawl
Reported: 2023-02-16 (February 16, 2023)
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Entegra Launch, Launch LE, Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Terrain, and Terrain LE motorhomes. The guide bushing on the parking pawl may fatigue, which can cause the parking pawl not to engage and result in a vehicle rollaway.
Consequence: Vehicle rollaway increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the software of the electronic stability, transmission control, direct select module, and electronic ignition switch control units, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 8, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is MB 22V-796.
NHTSA campaign record ↗23V102000 · Equipment:Other:Labels
Reported: 2023-02-20 (February 20, 2023)
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Entegra Accolade, Accolade XL, Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Emblem, Esteem, Expanse, Expanse LI, Odyssey, Qwest, Reatta, Reatta XL, Jayco Alante, Greyhawk, Greyhawk Prestige, Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Precept, Precept Prestige, Redhawk, Redhawk SE, Seneca, Seneca Prestige, and Seneca XT recreational vehicles. The certification labels may be missing the rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Consequence: Missing axle information may result in the vehicle being overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will install a new corrected certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903583.
NHTSA campaign record ↗23V225000 · Air Bags:Side/Window | Electrical System:Wiring
Reported: 2023-03-30 (March 30, 2023)
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2022 Entegra Coach Qwest motorhomes. The wiring harnesses for the swivel-seats may have been incorrectly installed and may become damaged, which can cause the front side air bags not to deploy as intended.
Consequence: An air bag that does not deploy as intended increases the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the installation of the wiring harness and will attach it properly to the seat base, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 27, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is MB 23V-101.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2023 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
