26V398000 · Electrical System:Wiring:Fuses And Circuit Breakers

Reported: 2026-06-22 (June 22, 2026)

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025-2026 NOBO, Ibex, and 2025-2027 RPOD recreational trailers. The 110V circuits on the distribution panel may be mislabeled, which can result in electrical shock.

Consequence: Electrical shock increases the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the circuit labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 20, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-0856. Forest River's number for this recall is 47-2072.

There were so many QC issues I can't even list here but I opened the back to find the microwave door open and hanging my one bent hinge with the other broken. Then my door started sticking and it got progressively worse. It then became apparent that the frame was separating from the walls creating a gap behind the door that continually got worse and was later evident across the entire rear of the trailer. I tried to get the dealer to look at this but they would not as it wasn't listed under their "Keep you Camping" policy. They even removed t…

A new travel trailer was sold while there was a stop sale recall notice on it. The heaters in the bedroom and bathroom represent a fire hazard. This was only discovered after registering the purchase with the manufacturer. The warranty/service personnel from United RV disputed this claim even though the notices were provided to them. Those are attached to this complaint, Forest River ID: 91-1740 and NHTSA recall 24V137.
