The range has an issue with the temperature control that it doesn’t reach indicated temperature. The main issue is that when the pilot is lit and you set it to a temperature like 300 degrees it lights okay. But, after a few minutes the burner goes out and so does the pilot. You have …

3 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
22V591000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer
Reported: 2022-08-08 (August 8, 2022)
Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC (Heartland) is recalling certain 2022 Cyclone, Elk Ridge, Fuel, Milestone, North Trail, 2022-2023 Big Horn Traveler, Gravity, Lithium, Mallard, Pioneer, Prowler, Road Warrior, Sundance, Torque, and Trail Runner travel trailers. The electric retractable awning has a welded seam on the fabric that may separate, potentially allowing the awning to drop beyond normal operation.
Consequence: An awning that drops or extends beyond normal operation can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair, or replace the awning, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by September 8, 2022. Owners may contact Heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032.

Consequence: Incorrect tire size information can allow an incorrectly sized tire to be installed, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Heartland will mail owners replacement certification labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 31, 2023. Owners may contact Heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
