HI, I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT DEFECTIVE FUEL LINES ON IHC BUSSES. THE YEARS RANGE FROM 2008 365 ENGINE TO 2011 MAXFORCE 7. THE PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE ALUMIUM FUEL LINES AND HAVE STAINLESS KEEPERS FOR THE QUICK DISCONECT. THEY ARE RUBBING THROUGH AND CAUSING FUEL LEAKS. IT SPAYS UP ON MOTOR AND EXHAUST. I TOLD OUR LOCAL DEALER IN 2008 AND SEVERAL TIMES SINCE. IT IS GOING TO CAUSE FIRE AND OR DEATH. I AM SURE THIS COULD BE SOLVED BY USING STAINLEES LINES. THE CHILDEREN THAT RIDE MY BUSSES COME FIRST. PLEASE HELP BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE. THANK YOU *…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
