Owner report 11451776 · 2022-02-13 (February 13, 2022)

I was driving the car at about 70 mph on an interstate highway during "rush hour" traffic when the Electronic Stabilization icon flashed on the dashboard screen and the car began to decelerate. I pressed on the accelerator pedal but the car continued to coast. A second or two later the dashboard screen flashed a warning stating something like "Brake assist activated" and the vehicle began to aggressively brake. I was in the middle lane of the interstate with vehicles around me travelling at 65 to 75 miles per hour and I could see a car rapidly…

The instrument cluster would fail intermittently, the speedometer would be my accurate speed, and then suddenly 0. Same for RPMs, gas, etc. Then after a period of time they would work again. Some times is was just oscillating back and forth between the failure modes. My blinkers would be on, but the instrument cluster and "click" would be out of sync. The "hold" feature that would hold the break was unavailable during the error state. All the instrument cluster lights would be blinking on and off rapidly. (have video)

I consider this issue a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE that could be LIFE-THREATENING and all Mercedes-Benz service departments should be alerted to the problem. Mercedes-Benz should issue a revised, more user-friendly label so independent tire shops will not misread the label and over-inflate customers' tires. The tire inflation specifications provided for this vehicle, located both on the B-pillar and gas filler flap, are configured poorly and lead techs, both at Mercedes service departments and independent tire shops, to grossly over-inflate the tir…

2015 AMG GLA-45. Sunroof violently broke, opening from front (normal is back) and sticking up 3-4 inches. Luckily this happened in our garage not moving, while simply pushing Close Sunroof button. If this had happened on the highway, it could have ripped off and killed somebody. Dealer says common problem, as soon as I brought the car in they said “sunroof warranty job” but the car is actually out of warranty. I was driving and my car randomly changed to neutral on the highway in traffic. I could not changed the gear and was almost hit by several cars that swirved around me. There is a recall for the 2019 version of the car for this very same issue but it exists in all years prior and Mercedes has not addressed it. This is happening to many of us and is being reported at glaowners.com
