2 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

23V285000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:Delivery:Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings

Reported: 2023-04-21 (April 21, 2023)

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Sequence, 2021-2024 Rize, Scope, Tellaro, 2023-2024 Dazzle, and Twist motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000294.

Reported: 2025-11-17 (November 17, 2025)

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence, and 2022-2024 Tellaro recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.

Consequence: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will remove and replace the sealant, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2026. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall RC000337.

The Engine shutdown four (4) times while driving all within the first 30-days of ownership. My safety was put at risk had another vehicle been following close behind and had it failed to stop and crash into the Van. Hendrick Dodge Ram Cary, NC found 30 plus stored fault codes and I captured 2 Active Codes during two of the shutdowns (Codes U0100 and U0104. The Active Codes signify electronic communication issues. There have been no warnings signs prior to the Engine shutting down. It happens very suddenly. When the shutdowns occur, all the dash…

I own a Thor Tellaro RV, body made by Dodge. Thor puts a 2nd alternator under the hood and a flange in front of it. This flange rubs against the radiator hose causing it to break. The coolant caused leaked out and the engine overheated and quit. Thor has acknowledged this problem, but Thor had no recall notice and will not cover the engine under warranty. This could have been a safety issue by starting an engine fire and having the vehicle stop in the middle of a state highway. Fortunately, neither of those things happened.

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison
