There is a repeating issue with unresponsive/unpredictable throttle behavior for me and other Toyota Supra owners. It only happens on a cold start, when going in reverse on a slope (exiting the garage) and when traction control gets engaged (the wheel gets in the air for a second due to the curb/slope).
