What component or system failed? The inner brake pad material on the front wheel of the door side and off door side separated. The material did not come unbonded from the pad plate, the material itself separated. I have the pads and pictures of the failure. How was your safety put at risk? The material could have become jammed in the brakes. This could have caused the single brake to lock up (possible loss of control), cause a brake to overheat to failure, or catch the tire on fire. The material could have totally come loose. This could have c…

Steel outriggers were not attached to the walls (both sides near propane compartments), main front beam mounting hardware was loose, and the front cap had inadequate attachment. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
