RECENTLY, JUST AFTER THE 50K MILE WARRANTY EXPIRED, THE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN, AND A DEALER TOLD THE OWNER IT WOULD BE OKAY TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WHILE THE LIGHT WAS ON IF HE COULD NOT AFFORD THE REPAIR.
RECALL # 99V193000 GMC/ABS; ABS WARNING LIGHT CONTINUED TO STAY ILLUMINATED. ABS WARNING LIGHT ONLY CAME ON WHEN BRAKES WERE BEING USED. CURRENTLY, ABS WARNING LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHT STAYED ON AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER NFORMATION. *AK
CONSUMER BEGAN SMELLING GAS WHENEVER TANK IS FULL. HE TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT THE GAS TANK HAD RUSTED AND PIN HOLES ARE IN THIS TANK. CONSUMER HAS HAD TANK REPAIRED. *AK
