THE FRAME HAS CRACKED ON THE LH SIDE 10-12" BACK FRM THE STEERING HEAD. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY HAVE NO DEFECTS WITH THEIR FRAMES. THE BIKE HAS NOT BEEN ABUSED AND I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER OFTHE BIKE. THE MFG HAS DENIED REPLACEMENT BECAUSE IT'S OUT OF WARRANTY. THE CRACK HAS MY SAFETY IN CONCERN...
