I had a forward collision with 2 cars. My brake has been failed and forward collision warning system failed. I leased the car because of the safety features but I am really disappointed. Since I had my kids in the car with me. It was a really horrible experience and I can't drive the car anymore because of the safety issues.

While exiting the vehicle, the vehicle shut off. The vehicle automatically locked after closing the door. The contact's child became locked inside the vehicle on several occasions. When operating the vehicle, the MBUX system will switch the User Profile without warning. When doing this it will reposition the driver seat for the new profile which causing interruption to the driver operating the vehicle. During the unexpected change the driver seat and the external mirrors will reposition to the switched User Profile. This has been reported to the Dealer (Mercedez Benz of Tampa) numerous times. left side driver and right side passenger airbag light indicated on need for service appear on 5/25/2022 at merccedez benz dealership. Test drove this car on 5/25/2022 from the dealership knowingly aware on thier part with the light indicator on and did not disclose to customer placing customer safety in danger.
