THIS IS EXTRACTED FROM A LETTER THAT I SENT TO FORD ON 24 JANUARY 2022. They never responded. I was horrified and shocked to see multiple (16 parts weighing in at about 6 pounds) components missing from the mounting hardware on the rear sway bar suspension. From my layman’s understanding the front and REAR sway bars are a SAFETY CRITICAL component for the safe handling of such a large vehicle. We were told by a Ford Dealer in NC that his service technician often sees some or all of these sway bar components loose or missing when perform…

Reported: 2020-11-16 (November 16, 2020)
REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021 Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Pace Arrow, Pace Arrow LXE, Bounder, and Southwind and Holiday Rambler Armada, Endeavor, Nautica, Navigator, and Vacationer motorhomes. The primary gear of the bed lift motor may fail, allowing the bed frame to drop.
Consequence: A bed frame that drops can increase the risk of an injury.
Remedy: REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, and if necessary, replace the bed lift motor, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin January 12, 2021. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 201109REV.

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Fleetwood Jamboree, 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2021-2023 Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Holiday Rambler Navigator, Armada, Nautica, 2023 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, 2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE, 2018 Holiday Rambler Vesta, 2022-2023 Fleetwood Frontier, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, and 2019 Holiday Rambler Augusta motorhomes. The hydraulic lines may have been improperly routed, secured, or protected, which can result in a hydraulic fluid leak.
Consequence: A hydraulic fluid leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage, and install hose protection, or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.
