THE DRIVER'S HEADREST (AND FRONT PASSENGER HEADREST) IS SET AT SUCH A FORWARD ANGLE THAT MY HEAD IS PUSHED FORWARD, CAUSING PAIN IN MY NECK. AFTER TALKING WITH AN ORTHOPEDIC ABOUT THE PROBABLY LONGTERM ISSUES WITH PRESSURE ON MY HEAD CAUSED BY THE HEADREST, I WAS ASSURED OF CREATING A CHRONIC PHYSICAL NECK PROBLEM. THE HEADREST ANGLE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED/TILTED BACK SLIGHTLY TO PROVIDE JUST ENOUGH SPACE FOR NORMAL HEAD MOVEMENT WHILE DRIVING WITHOUT CONSTANT CONTACT WITH THE HEADREST. *TR

Tried turning the car off and on several times, tried turning the radio off, tried switching to Serius xm radio, nothing would make it stop and it was completely unsafe to drive it like that. It was too loud to hear anything else over it and it was so jarring. I now have a headache and i’m nervous to drive it for fear of it happening again. My husband had to disconnect the battery to get it to stop. I have a video but…

The vehicle vibrates substantially at 60-80 mph. Vibrates at lower speeds as well but not as bad. Dealer has had the car for over 40 days. All new expeditions and Lincoln navigators have it as I have driven over 15 now. Vibration is clearly noticeable. Many sales people comment say it’s tires. The dealer shop foreman all acknowledge it. They have balanced tires and driveshaft- charged me for all of it. We have a small business and drive across country a lot. This makes the vehicle useless for that purpose. This was noticed within one mil…

While driving down the road, the sunroof spontaneously exploded. The loud bang (sounded like a gun shot) and tiny pieces of glass, that luckily were caught in the sunshade, could have been disastrous for my wife and our three small children that were in the car. The glass is bowed outwards. It has been taken back to Mullinax Ford Dealership for repair. They tell me it will not be covered under any warranty. There were no warning signs before now that there could be a problem with this sunroof, we only have 5k miles on the vehicle.

I'm being told me vehicle is not part of the current recall in the 2015 Expedition that was issued in April 2025, yet my vehicle (a 2015 Expedition) is experiencing the problems detailed in the recall. Why isn't my vehicle part of this recall, shouldn't the recall be expanded to all 2015 Expeditions experiencing problems with faulty back-up cameras?

Why ins’t my Expedition included in the recall - I’m having the exact problem as documented in the recall. How many others are being affected by this problem but being excluded in the recall. Please investigate, this problem seems to be larger then the current recall.

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

My 2015 Ford Expedition randomly dies when I drive it. The vehicle only has 60.000 miles on it, we took it to a ford dealership and they had the car for 3 months and cannot figure out what’s wrong with it even after having Fords Master mechanics try and remedy. After doing research it seems like this is a super common issue and Ford Needs to issue a recall to give its customers answers. My expensive vehicle is not safe to drive as it randomly dies without warning.

I am driving a 2015 Ford Expedition that utilizes the 6R80 transmission. I am actively experiencing the severe, dangerous highway downshifting failure described in Ford's F-150 safety recall. The truck is throwing codes P0705, P0706, and P0707. My car will go into limp-mode and lose acceleration while driving, light up the wrench and stop displaying the gear and idle high and accelerate at half the speed. When I turn my car off, it will not turn back on until the engine has cooled off.

My 2015 Ford Expedition needs to added to the recall 22S56. I just paid $1,200 to have that part fixed cause it burnt up. Replaced the front blower motor assembly. My husband burnt his hand on the wire exposed under the dash then the mechanic said the blower motor has burnt up the components around it. The fan, motor, control, and wire assembly all was burnt up. Ford needs to be made to include my vehicle in their recall as that vehicle year, model, plant made in and date made all match.
