Recall history
8 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
14V768000 · Exterior Lighting:Headlights
Reported: 2014-12-03 (December 3, 2014)
Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S.(Temsa) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 TS45 motorcoaches manufactured April 1, 2014, to November 30, 2014. Due to a headlamp control module malfunction, the headlamps and daytime running lamps may fail while driving.
Consequence: If the headlamps and daytime running lamps fail while driving, there would be a loss of visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Temsa will notify owners, and CH Bus Sales dealers will remove the affected headlamp control module and update the buses software, free of charge. The recall began on December 9, 2014. Owners may contact CH Bus Sales, representatives of Temsa, at 1-407-271-8935.
NHTSA campaign record ↗15V479000 · Parking Brake:Conventional:Air
Reported: 2015-07-30 (July 30, 2015)
Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain model year 2013-2016 TS45 coaches manufactured from July 1, 2013, through July 28, 2015. Due to the low output pressure of the inversion relay valve, the affected coaches may have insufficient air pressure for the rear axle parking brake system.
Consequence: The low air pressure may cause the parking brakes to drag while the vehicle is in motion resulting in the overheating of the disc brakes, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will repair the vehicles free of charge. The recall began on October 23, 2015. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-404-602-0151.

Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain model year 2014-2017 TEMSA TS 45 motorcoaches. Improper fasteners were used to attach the leveling valve linkage mechanism. As a result, the components may loosen and detach.
Consequence: The loose parts may damage the tires, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will install new brackets and fasteners, free of charge. The recall began on June 2, 2017. Owners may contact CH Bus Sales at 1-407-271-8935.

Reported: 2017-07-24 (July 24, 2017)
Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain 2014-2018 TS45 motorcoaches. During use or while servicing, the air bellow protection cover may be bent, allowing it to contact and potentially damage the tires on the tag axle.
Consequence: The contact may cause a tire to go flat, affecting vehicle handling and increasing the risk of crash.
Remedy: Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will replace the air bellow cover with a newly designed cover, free of charge. The recall began on September 12, 2017. Owners may contact CH Bus Sales, the US Agent for Temsa at 1-407-271-8935.

Reported: 2017-08-10 (August 10, 2017)
Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain 2014-2018 TS45 coach buses. The hydraulic steering hose for the tag axle steering system may leak or burst during operation or service of the vehicle.
Consequence: If the hose bursts during vehicle operation, a loss of vehicle control can occur, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, the leaking hydraulic fluid may contact hot engine components, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will replace the tag axle's steering hydraulic hoses, free of charge. The recall began on September 21, 2017. Owners may contact Temsa's agent, CH Bus Sales, at 1-407-271-8935.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
2022: 0 complaints · 2023: 0 complaints

| 2022 | 0 | 0 | 0 |

Date coverage across each selected cohort
| Year | Incident dates used | Filing date fallbacks | Excluded dates |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2023 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
