The wipers on low mode stop working after about 30 seconds, requiring to turn off/on again or try the higher wiper speed. On a rainy day, when the wipers stopped there was near zero visibility. There were now warning lights when they stopped working. I see many other 2023 Ford Bronco report similar issues online; however I see no responses or issue acknowledgement from Ford. I am filing a safety complaint regarding repeated windshield cracking on my new 2025 Ford Bronco. I purchased the vehicle approximately 2 months ago. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced 3 separate windshield cracks under normal commuting use only. The vehicle has not been used off-road or in extreme driving conditions. When set to high speed the wipers after a brief period will "slow down to protect the wiper motor" or something, creating a situation where in even mild rain the car forces the wipers to slow down making it unsafe. Clearly... Ford has severely under spec'd the wiper motor/gearbox hardware and "fixed" it with software making the vehicle unsafe where it will just randomly decide that high speed wiper's are not available anymore.

Not exactly sure how it started to happen. Meaning there was a powertrain malfunction so my Ford computer tells me, which caused the vehicle to not restart and in addition to it not restarting, the vehicle also didn't have brakes, so it simply rolled backwards without any control until I hit a tree to stop me. On the way down, I also hit the bumper and damaged it and also hit the driver's side mirror on a rock on the way down.

While driving in a hard rain/snow mix in central Wisconsin on February 14th 2023, I had to set my wipers to high in order to maintain safe visual clarity of my surroundings. For unknown reasons, my wipers would progressively slow to a standstill. The only way to maintain wiper function was to keep one hand on the wiper control and manually turn it from one function to the next to wake the system up and make it work again. After about a minute of working, it would slow and stall again. This felt very dangerous and clearly WILL cause many acc…

When my brakes are cold and I stop on a hill...the brakes do not hold and the car moves about a foot forward. Then something kicks in and it jerks the car to a stop (all the while my foot is completely pressed down on the brake. No warning lamps, no lights, nothing...just rolls when brake is completely applied. It only does this when the brakes are cold. After they warm up it doesn't do it anymore. The dealer has looked at it and couldn't replicate (because the brakes weren't cold) and told me to bring it back if it happens again. It happens ev…

I commute 47 miles each way to work, when nearing my work location the car started to sputter like it was out of fuel and slowed to a crawl, applying pressure to the gas pedal had no impact - acted like it was getting no fuel, was able to pull vehicle over to side of the road. Vehicle would turn over but would not start - Check Engine light came on - codes displayed on code reader indicated that the high pressure fuel sensor and the low pressure fuel sensor were having issues. We were returning home from a trip. We pulled into a gas station to get gas. As we pulled up to the gas pump, we smelled smoke and then saw smoke and fire. We immediately turned the Bronco off and jumped out. Shortly after, the whole engine compartment area was on fire. Luckily, there was a tow truck in the parking lot and was able to drag it away from the gas pumps. I had gotten an oil change prior to our trip. There were no warning signals, lights, or indication of temperature or oil problems. I had intermittently smelled gas while driv…

Rear passenger shock was leaking oil around braking system creating burnt oil smell while driving. At this point mileage for warranty was over by 2,000 miles and was not covered by Ford warranty. We had to pay over $900.00 for the replacement from Ford. Fast forward 2 months, on the freeway driving 70 mph, the rear driver’s side shock reservoir detached and almost hit the car behind us. Again, we are paying Ford again for the other shock. This recall really needs to be in forced a lot quicker because of the safety of other drivers.
